Mug collection

In this project, I got to practice the entire production process. I started by making a technical drawing of the Mug model I wanted, with measurements.
We used a laser to cut the template from the profile of the mug, I used the template when using a plaster wheel, which was very challenging and stressful for a first-timer. However, I managed to make a mug model, there were big holes in the model, which were tedious to fill. I made a plaster mold for the mug model and casting ring on top of it.

We made our own casting clay using a mixer.
Visual art is strongly involved in my ceramics, I liked to draw animals with my ceramics pencil, paint with ceramics watercolors. I also managed to make glazes, which I liked. My latest decorations are done with transfer images that I have designed.
