Hi! I'm Tiia Silvennoinen and I have a bachelor´s degree in Smart and Sustainable Design, majoring in ceramics. I teach ceramics as a part-time teacher in Riihimäki Civic collage.

In ceramics, I feel that hand-built works of art are my strength. I love to challenge myself and the limits of modeling clay. Visual artistry strongly follows me in my work. In addition to ceramics, I have always drawn and painted.

Product sustainability, thouhtful desing and production waste minimization and recycling, beautiful products that would bring joy to everyday life.

My Intagram name Tiitiainen comes from my childhood book by Kirsi Kunnas, Tiitiäisen satupuu (fairy tale tree). That was my nickname.
